Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Therapy
NIK KARANGIOZE is our Chief Operating Officer. He was born and raised in Lowell, Massachusetts. He has over 10 years of experience in the optical field along with people management. He has worked in a variety of optometrist practices, from private to corporate. Nik is eager to contribute to the team with his passion for serving others. He currently resides in Milford, New Hampshire with his wife and two children. He is an avid sports enthusiast who also enjoys exercise, nutrition, and spending time with his family.
JILLIAN is our Doctors Assistant that works directly with Dr. Radakovic. Jillian started off working for another optometry office in Manchester, NH. She came from the restaurant industry not knowing what she had wanted to do. Starting off at the other practice really made her fall in love with the optometry world, and made her want to expand her knowledge and passion for it.
DONNA is our Head Vision Therapist. She grew up just outside of Boston, Massachusetts. She started her career in eye care in a small practice located just outside of Nashua, NH. The practice offered specialty services for patients who have suffered from stroke and head injuries and pediatric services for children struggling with school. And over ten years ago, Donna took an interest in Vision Therapy, where she hit that floor running! She is an active member of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development. Donna currently lives in Merrimack with her husband of over 30 years. And they have three older children. Donna enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her family.
JESSICA is our other Vision Therapist and our Office Manager. She was born and raised in Southern New Hampshire. Jessica started her career in eye care as an Optometric Technician for a practice based in Manchester. That practice would offer specialty pediatric services for children struggling in school, along with helping patients who suffer from concussions and strokes. Here she would work up patients to see the Specialist Doctor on staff. After a couple of years being the Specialty Technician and as a concussion patient herself, she was offered a position within the Vision Therapy part of the practice and hasn’t looked back once. She is working on her certification with the American Optometric Association and is an active member of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development, and is a fundraising coordinator for a local charity. Jessica lives just outside Manchester with her boyfriend of over 15 years and their 12-year-old daughter. In her free time, you can find Jessica biking, attending concerts, boating with family and friends, or attempting to snowboard.
